I am Harry Clark and I am the owner/operator and expert bail bondsman. I have a great respect for the industry and my clients. I started 1st Choice Bail Bonds because I also needed to use a bail bondsman to help out a family member. The bail bondsman made me and my family feel like we were worthless. At that point I realized I could make a difference. 1st Choice Bail Bonds operates under one simple premise: Provide our clients with the best services, period. Our clients deserve to be treated with dignity and respect throughout the entire process. Our extra customer service focus helps the defendant and family endure an already challenging situation. Our highly professional staff are licensed, expertly trained, and are members of the Delaware Bail Association.
John S. Donahue IV

Graduated from University of Delaware in 1992 with a B.A. degree in History Education. Prior to his involvement in the bail bond industry, John was a high school history teacher where he was able to teach our students about the past to better prepare them for the future. John’s interests are sports, reading, traveling, and history. He also enjoys marching in the St. Patrick’s Day Parade. He is a big Notre Dame football fan. John is also a member of the Delaware Bail Association.
Christina Brigandi

Studying Criminal Justice at Del Tech. Single mother of an 11 year old who loves soccer. Her interests are sports, reading, traveling, and family. Christina loves helping people. She is Secretary of National Association of Bail Bond Investigators, as well as, Secretary of the Delaware Bail Bonds Association.

Armando Nunez

Armando Nunez was born in Mexico City and grew up in southern California. He graduated from the University of Southern California Viterbi School of Engineering. After graduation he received a commission in the US Navy where he served for 20 years both in active duty and in the reserves. Armando is married and has 5 adult sons. His hobbies include attending airshows, reading, and photography. He is also a member of the Delaware Bail Association.
