OUTPATIENT TREATMENT

For many people, inpatient treatment is not a viable option due to insurance limitations, work/financial commitments or family issues. The alternative is outpatient care, which enables people to attend a less intensive level of treatment with a more convenient schedule.

Lack of housing is often a result of addiction and its accompanying behaviors. There are a number of programs that provide a place to live while attending treatment, either within the facility itself, or on an outpatient basis. Each has its own application process and may or may not charge rent.

MEDICATION-ASSISTED TREATMENT
Medications such as Methadone, Naltrexone and Buprenorphine are readily available through clinics and some doctors to help people stop abusing opiates or alcohol. Used properly, these medications will reduce cravings, withdrawal symptoms, and the obsession to use – giving individuals a chance to pursue healthy lifestyles.

Description: SUBOXONE Film is a narcotic medication indicated for the maintenance treatment of opioid dependence, available only by prescription, and must be taken under a doctor’s care as prescribed.
